When can I check in and out?
Check-in is from 13:00 to 20:00 and check-out is by 09:30. Please ask in advance if you need a different time; it must be confirmed.
Do the rooms have a private bathroom?
H1 has an exclusive-use bathroom outside the room. H5 has an en-suite bathroom inside the room. H2, H3 and H4 share a bathroom. Compare the photos and details before choosing.
What time is dinner served?
Dinner is optional and costs €17. It starts at 19:00 and ends at 21:00; you must arrive at the start. Please arrange it in advance and ask us about allergies or intolerances.
Can I store my bicycle indoors?
Yes. We store bicycles and e-bikes indoors during your stay.
Can you receive my backpack?
Yes. Use Casa Raichu, Obanos as the destination with Jacotrans, Nunca Caminarás Solo, Correos, Camino Fácil or your luggage service.
Are breakfast and laundry included?
No. Breakfast costs €12 and washing and drying costs €12. Both are optional and must be arranged in advance. Breakfast starts at 07:00 and ends at 09:00; you must arrive at 07:00.
Is there a lift or step-free room?
There is no lift. H1 is on the first floor and H2–H5 are on the second floor. All rooms require stairs. If this affects your stay, please ask before requesting a room.
How do I enquire about a room on WhatsApp?
Choose your arrival, departure and number of guests, then select “Enquire on WhatsApp” on your room. A draft opens for you to review and send. Elena will check availability, price and conditions. Opening WhatsApp does not send the message or confirm a booking.
